"Yes, yes, good idea." Shadowstar meowed, pleased at successfully finding a task to distract himself. "We'll go now, follow me." And with that, Shadowstar headed towards the exit of camp, walking to the western border. The western border is the border for Blazeclan and Nightclan. Shadowstar thought, hoping for some action. Border fights would be interesting on this dull day. When Shadowstar reached the western border, he took a sniff of the border. The scent of Nightclan was fading, cats could easily cross over. After marking the border, Shadowstar turned around and faced Rainheart. "Shall we do some hunting here?" he suggested. "Then we could go mark the other borders."

He followed after the leader on swift paws, his tail raised high above him. After reaching the border he rubbed his sent on a few rocks then twitched his ear as shadowstar spoke and nodded. “I got the scent of a rabbit back there” he mewed pointing his nose behind him. They were very close to the blaze clans’ territory, the markers seemed to blend as the borders met. He trotted after the sent not wanting to lose it and crouched low, perking his ears to catch the slightest sound, his whiskers quivered as he scented the air.

"Okay, be careful not to cross the border." Shadowstar reminded him, since they were very close to the border that crosses into Blazeclan territory. Pricking up his ears, Shadowstar heard the faintest sounds of a mouse scurrying around in a nearby bush. He quickly dropped into a hunters' crouch, and very slowly he stealthily walked forward. At the right moment Shadowstar leaped, and caught the mouse. Digging earth over the prey, Shadowstar glanced over at Rainheart, seeing how he was doing with hunting. I hope there's some kind of border fight today! Shadowstar thought, as he finished storing his prey.

The rabbit sat up ahead, its greyish-brown fur twitching as it grazed on the sweet spring grass, its ears where constantly moving listening for potential danger. He moved forwards silently keeping his weight spread evenly on his paws. The rabbit glanced up every now and then and he paused each time waiting for it to continue grazing, as he got within pouncing range a flash of ginger and white fur ball dozed into the prey tackling it easily to the ground and killing it. Rainheart stood up quickly in surprise realising it was a cat, her fur was short and part of her left ears was missing. His fur puffed out as he realised she wasn’t a cat from night clan.

Cyanstar ran as fast as he could into the hunting grounds of Nightclan. Then he ran into Shadowstar and his warrior. "Thank Starclan I found you. There is a rouge named Clyphe he is on the loose he is killing cats all over. Keep your clan safe. Cyanstar ran back into his territory still wondering where Hazelheart was.

Shadowstar growled at the leader of Streamclan, his tangy fish scent almost overwhelming him. Shadowstar was about to pounce, ready for a fight, but Cyanstar said something that surprised him. He warned them about a rogue, a dangerous rogue that killed cats, and apparently his name was Clyphe. As soon as Cyanstar's words came tumbling out, he left, fleeing into his territory. "What a wimp!" Shadowstar mumbled, rolling his eyes. Then he turned around and faced his warrior, Rainheart. "Do you know what that was about?" he asked, wondering if Rainheart knew anything. "I doubt he's telling the truth though! Probably just trying to scare us, to force us out of our territory or something. If there is a rogue, Nightclan could easily get rid of him. Much better than those wimps at Streamclan!"

He grinned thinking of the rogue even attempting to attack the clan. "He probably wants us to deal with it" He mewed yawning. A fight would be more entertaining than marking borders, he thought to himself lashing his tail behind him. "Should we hunt for him?" He asked slidding his claws out their sheaths and clawing at the dirt beneath him.

"Yes." Shadowstar agreed, relieved that Rainheart wanted to fight as much as him. "Let's see if he's out of the territory, if he isn't, well." Shadowstar grinned evily, "then we'll attack, and give him some marks he can look at to remember to stay out of our territory." Shadowstar started to head out to the Gathering, where they could cross to Streamclan territory, and attack a border patrol. Shadowstar grinned as he thought of the revenge plan. "Here's the plan." Shadowstar said, stopping as they got near the Gathering spot. "We'll cross here." He pointed with his tail to the Gathering, "then we'll cross over into Streamclan territory, not too far though. If we see a border patrol, then we attack! Okay?"

Rainheart Followed on silent paws listening attentively and nodded his head, a fight would relieve some of the stress he had built up over the week and also give him a chance to brush up on his techniques. He looked out into the treeless territory with fiery, amber eyes, the brisk winds ruffling his grey fur as he lashed out his tail. “Shall we mark their territory signalling that we were there?” He asked kneading the earth with his unsheathed claws, that would tell not only the other clan but also the rogue that the clan was fearless.

"No." Shadowstar answered, glancing around as he walked over the border, seeing if he could spot any Streamclan warriors nearby. "We'll just have a silent attack on a border patrol. They won't know we're here." he paused, smelling the air for any new traces of Streamclan cats. "Don't attack the camp though. A leader and a warrior against a whole clan is not a good idea." Shadowstar walked around Streamclan territory, but not wandering far, he stayed close to the border of Nightclan. "I hope they come out soon." Shadowstar murmered, unsheathing his claws.

[Bleh, sorry if I'm intruding. xO] The she-cat flicked one black ear in interest, though it was the only sign of life she shared with the rest of the forest. Perched upon a pine branch high enough out of reach from ground predators, yet not so high that she had to sub-consciously cling to the branch, the ebony furred warrior blinked sapphire eyes before smiling to herself. "Don't mind me, but if there's an attack I can't just be excluded." She meowed down to the two figures below. Rising, the elegant warrior stretched, shaking her pelt before crouching and bounding down from branch to branch. She hadn't had much to do that day. In truth, she'd been annoyed by her daughter's incessant complaints about how Cloverwing should 'contribute more' and 'understand that the world didn't revolve around her'.
Holding back a giggle of amusement, the beautiful she-cat hit the ground with poised grace and raised her head. Despite the warrior's small size, it was the lovely brightness of her eyes in stunning contrast to the rest of her that dared any cat to raise a claw to her. "I was just about getting bored anyways." She meowed, voice sweet despite her urge to start something with Streamclan. She was tired of always having to smell their greasy pelts, and just looking at all that fish oil made her stomach turn. Though she despised the thought of setting her paws anywhere near their slimy pelts, she wouldn't mind if it meant taking part in removing several patches of the greasy fur. It would leave a mark, and maybe they'd learn to hunt like normal cats. I don't understand how anyone can stand to eat those slippery things. Fish are no better than giant gray bundles of moss. All water and no fill.
